3. Engagements & Payments

• Contracts: All professional engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Retainer Agreements signed by both parties.

• Payment: All work is billed via invoice (Retainer or Fixed-Fee) and paid via wire transfer. We do not process payments directly through this website.
