How We Work
We follow a structured, four-step engagement model designed to integrate seamlessly
with your existing management operations.

A 4-step engagement process, with optional ongoing support. Every engagement ends with a finished document or a live campaign.
Step 1
Discovery call (30 minutes, free)
We speak with the founder or management team to understand the goal, context, and timeline.
Step 2
Written proposal (within 3 business days)
We send a written proposal with scope, fixed fee, timeline, and exact deliverables.
Step 3
Working sessions (2 to 4 calls)
Once the proposal is signed, we run structured working sessions directly with the company to gather inputs and build the first draft.
Step 4
Delivery (2 to 6 weeks depending on scope)
We deliver the final documents or launch the campaigns on the agreed date.
Step 5
Optional ongoing support
Companies that want continuing work can move to a monthly retainer. This is optional, not required.
We work with a small number of clients at a time so that every engagement receives direct attention from the senior team. Most clients come to us for a single deliverable first, and decide afterwards whether they want ongoing support.
